Training Games is a modern and effective tool for the development of competencies of employees of various organizations, thanks to the experience and the fun of learning. Games naturally engage participants and show their typical behavior. In the case of the implementation of new knowledge in the organization, games allow to practice new skills in a situation similar to the reality of the business. In the case of experienced staff, games allow them to see their typical behavior, understand their desired and adverse consequences, and implement any corrective action.
There are two main types of training games: partial simulations that reflect the reality of the business and the abstract ones. The first type allows you to practice the business acumen in situations similar to the real challenges of life. The second type make the participants turn off the self control, so they can experience the modeled situation and understand how they behave in the face of a variety of phenomena, such as organizational change
